APPOINTMENTS

To make either a new patient appointment, or a follow up appointment, please scroll to the bottom of the page and select from the drop down menu.

You do not need a referral letter from your GP to make an appointment. All details about how the appointments work and pricing can be found in the services and pricing sections.

NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS

New patient appointments are for all patient who are new to Menopause Care NZ or it has been over 12 months since your last appointment with the clinic. If you are already taking HRT, but new to Menopause Care NZ, you will need to book as a new patient.

New patient appointments can be:

A questionnaire will be emailed to all new patients once they have made their appointment. Please fill this in as soon as you can to allow our team to prepare and for you to get the most out of your consultation.

If you have not recieved the questionnaire or any other correspondance, please check your junk box before contacting us.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS

Follow up appointments are for existing Menopause Care NZ patients only and if it has been less than 12 months since your last appointment. All follow up appointments are conducted as online video consultations and are up to 25 mins in duration. An email will be sent to you after booking, with a link to connect to your video appointment.

If you are already taking HRT, but new to Menopause Care NZ, you will need to book as a new patient rather than a follow up.

ONLINE VIDEO CONSULTATIONS

Remote video consultations are available for all new and follow up patients. Unfortunately we cannot provide consultations for patients who are outside of New Zealand. You will be sent an email with a link to connect to for your video consulation after booking.

This enables our team to dedicate more time to your care and less to typing, ensuring a personalized consultation with comprehensive documentation.
